All items are shipped from our store in approximately 2 to 5 business days unless
otherwise noted. Variations Imports standard shipping is FedEx ground residential.
Various freight companies will ship large fountains and furniture orders. For products that
are in stock, we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day your order. If you desire any specialty
shipping, please call our store at (619) 260-1008 to find out rates and make arrangements

You only pay FedEx rates, we do not charge any handling fees and do not try to make
money on shipping like many companies doing business on the internet.
30 Day Guarantee

We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you
is that you may return any unused item in their original condition within 30 days of
receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Items must be
returned to Variations Imports, 3975 Twiggs St., San Diego CA, 92110, USA. We
strongly suggest you insure return shipping against loss or damage. If however: an item
is damaged in route to you, we will issue a “call tag” to have the damaged item(s)
picked up and will send you a replacement.
